Citizens are requested to reduce contact to people other than members of their own family or persons who are members of their own household to an absolute minimum.
· Wherever possible, in public a distance of at least 1.5 meters should be maintained to anyone other than the persons mentioned in item 1.
· People may only move around outdoors or in other public spaces on their own, or with one other person who does not live in the same apartment as do they, or with members of their own household.
· It goes without saying that people can still go to work, provide emergency services, go shopping, go to their doctor, take part in meetings, scheduled appointments and exams, provide assistance for others, pursue sports and move around outdoors in the fresh air.
· Given how serious the situation is in Germany, groups of people partying in public spaces, in homes, or in private facilities Gruppen are not acceptable, Violations of the restrictions on social contacts will henceforth be monitored by the public authorities and the police and in the event of infringements sanctions will be issued.
· Hospitality outlets will be closed. Excluded from this is the delivery of meals to be eaten at home or the collection of such meals (take-aways).
· Service outlets in the field of personal hygiene such as barber shops, hairdressers, cosmetic studios, massage practices, tattoo studios and similar facilities will be closed because in this sector physical proximity is required to perform the service. Medically indicated treatment is excluded from this.
· It is key that in all companies and in particular those with contact to the general public all hygiene regulations be obeyed and effective measures are put in place to protect the staff and visitors.
· These measures will remain valid for at least two weeks.
